We thought this place would be great since it was fairly new & the "special" was great. We were mistaken!
The apartment was nice, except it was not ready the day we were to move in. Fine, no huge deal.
We were told that "all kinds of people" live here--wrong!! This place is a dorm for Crighton College!! We were housed among loud, rude college kids, while we paid our hard-earned money to live there. Drugs, music, and laughing around us all the time.
Cops were seen coming to our building all the time, but the partying continued.
The place was littered with poop, trash, beer bottles, & cigarette buts.
The pool was never clean enough to swim in. The office staff acted like they did not care when complaints were filed.
We had problems with roaches and mice that were never resolved. There was never anyplace to park due to all the college kids & their friends taking all the spaces--no joke, I had to park down the road & walk late at night. The place was scary. There was always weird people walking around & knocking on our door late at night.
We are so glad to be out of that place!!!

you have got to be kidding me!! yes the college students are a where a little loud, Their in college we all get a little loud now and then. As for the trash everwhere thats a lie the grounds keepers are always picking up after everybody. And for it being scary thats a joke too the cops are there to patrol the area not for arresting people. They are there to give tickets for blocking the fire hydrant and in a no parkin zone. how dangerous can a place be thats located across from the FBI building a Hospital and right next to a Fire department. We do have gates to keep people out. I have lived here for three years and never had a problem. the pool is always clean because it never gets used. I am would reccomend this place to anybody. P.S Grizzly players live here it cant be that bad

Why would a pro-basketball player want to live in a sucky apartment like these...whatever!!
