I've lived at the Madison for three years. I've enjoyed living here 98% of the time. The decor and appliances are very nice. The floorplans are spacious. And the location is nearly perfect. I've never had any problems with the staff. I especially like Koya in the office, she is ALWAYS polite and helpful.
Only twice have I contemplated moving first when the sprinkler system just up and exploded in my second bedroom (this was resolved quickly but poorly) and secondly when for three evenings straight, I was forced to park very, very far from my apartment (this situation has yet to be resolved).
There are only 2 problems with this complex: (1) If you arrive home anytime after 7 pm, be prepared to park far from the entrance of your building. (This is true for the most part. One or two buildings have no problem with parking). (2) WALNUT GROVE CONSTRUCTION--ENOUGH SAID.
