The property is attractive and conveniently located, although with the 3-year road project just outside the entrance, access is limited and frustrating. The rules regarding dog waste and vehicle parking are not enforced. The staff is always friendly and sympathetic, but when we complained about the pet waste, we were told they do not patrol the property and that we would have to follow the pet owner home to obtain an apartment number if we wanted a warning issued. We complained about vehicles parking along curbs and other no-parking areas and in handicapped spaces and were told we would have to provide license plate numbers and vehicle information to them before they would issue a warning. When we suggested they walk out of the office and inspect the property themselves, we were told they did not have sufficient staff to do that. Vehicles parked next to "Tow Away Zone" signs for days on end were not towed, despite the staff that walked by that area every day to show apartments. We complained about loud music and children jumping above us until late hours and were told they sent a letter to the renters and received a nasty response and nothing else could be done. There is a smell of marijuana wafting around our balcony most evenings. We've had an ant problem for six weeks they cannot seem to get rid of. Every week, they send the same company out to spray the same stuff, but we still have ants. We have lived for 7 months with constant pounding above us, dog waste around us, ants all over our kitchen, and cars parked everywhere for the bargain price of $1200 a month. It is not a good value for the money.
