Avoid this place. If you are a student it may be Ok to share an apt and move on.This place is NOT SAFE. There are rough strangers everywhere. The managemnt DOES not CARE. A friend had to move due to steeep costs for the dog.

The negative comments below appear to be quite correct.

to add: The gym is a joke with a faulty TV and faulty old outdated machines. The only improvement that I saw was horrible faux flowers vases put in and lousy cheap art as well. Can't imagine why they would do that as opposed to greasing the machines' That single act typifies the mangement who believe in dresssing only.

Madison is just a nice name.

I would recommend PARK Estates or the many complexes near Kirby and Polar or the Esatate. The rent is the same and closer to everything else.

--------!!!!!!! This apts are very nice. i've lived here for 4yrs and there one of the nicest places in Memphis. There are lots of young professionals that live here and its a very peaceful living environment.

i'm about to become a tenant at madison soon.can someone pleaseeee let me know if i'm making a mistake. is it quiet? so how is maintanace? are they prompt. has mgmt. improved? please help!!! sorry for mispelled words above...lol
