Take it from a former resident

When I lived there, it had just been changed to Waterford Pointe. They have since changed it to Highland Pointe or something. Either way, that complex should just be burned all the way to the ground instead of the random units that burn every other year. (If you have lived in Memphis over 7 years, you are aware that McKellar Woods and Lake Point burn quickly). I remember spending the entire summer trying to get my air fixed. The management seemed to never be in for the day or "showing the property" and changed their policies like the wind blew. I remember calling daily and leaving messages for my air to be fixed, only to get a flyer a few days later saying that "all repair requests must be made in writing". I assume this is so they could have something to soak up the leaking water. They advertise two "sparkling" pools, but the one off to the side of the apartment was NEVER clean and the main pool was ALWAYS jam packed. Do NOT waste your money! It may be convenient to Southaven and FedEx, but it isn't worth the risk of coming home to find your home burning down to the ground.
