Awful place. Looks are deceiving

I lived there when I first moved to Memphis. These people are pregidous agains white people. They did everything they could to get me to move before my lease was up. When I did move they put on my credit report that I was evicted 2 months before I ever moved in. Bogus. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY!!! I was there a year and they changed the name 3 times. Everytime they came up with a new charge and since it was new owners they got away with it. $12.00 for garbage. They have dumpsters Water was included but sewer was 30bucks
