I moved into the property about 1 year ago and I have not had any issues so far. They have recently changed the management in the leasing office which has only helped the property progress! Since I have lived here I have only seen the property enhance its appearance; the grounds are kept VERY CLEAN and the property stays very maintained. I was browsing through some of these previous ads on here and I feel that these ads posted were not accurate so as a resident who cares about where they live I wanted to let everyone out there know that this property is a good place to live. The management is friendly and the maintenance responds within 1-2 days. I would recommend my familiy and friends here!

I have only been a resident at this complex for 4 months and it has been hell on wheels. The complex is very inviting I must admit the grounds are always clean and that is about it. Maintennace does not respond in a timely manner. I have been filing complaints with the leasing for 2 months about my air conditioning unit and they still have not fixed the issue. They do not care about their tenants, they only care about the money. Once they move you in everything changes and just as sure as you do not pay your rent they are quick to evict you. And may I add my car also was broken into. So no I would not recommend this property to anyone of standard and especially not to a single female living alone like myself.
