Where to start... roaches, theft, floors are disgusting, power goes out.

We were on the spray list, and we still have bugs

My neighbor got his car stolen from our parking lot, mine got broken into and my bike was stolen from our porch. IT IS NOT SAFE. your parking lot is right off Poplar, many people cut through it all day, runners, homeless, everyone.

We have hard wood floors, you would think...hmm nice...no i have to wear shoes in my house all the time because they are so gross and we can't get them clean. before we moved in they redid them, but didn't sweep. So we have hair, dust, pennys, and bobby pins stuck to the floor!!!!R U KIDDING... no i am not.

The buildings are old, so power is an issue. We had our power go out on a Friday twice, but the maintenance would not come till Monday because it was not an "emergency". So we had no power all weekend. No air, no fridge, no alarm clock, no tv...
Doing your laundry sucks too... i am on the second floor, which is actually 4 sets of VERY steep stairs. so going up and down with laundry is not fun and there are only two sets of washer and dryer for the whole complex.
That should be enough to make you not want to move in.
