What happened to simple cleanliness'

I am a current resident of St Regis. I have enjoyed the apartment and the office staff,however they now want to do something extra for their much valued tenants, such as treat them to a night at a comedy club. That is well and good, but what about the basics first' Clean the laundry and keep it that way. Mow the monkey grass and weeds. make needed repairs. Pave the driveway, please. Rid the place of huge waterbugs. If these simple things were done on a regular basis, management might be surprised how THAT would be appreciated by the valued tenants.Good responsible renters do not want to love in filth and if they have to, the lease will not be renewed.
