I have been there since Nov 06 and my Rubs bill was to expensive,they don't fix things in your apartment. The last time maint. came in my apartment they went in my refrigerator and help themselve to a gatorade and some bottled waters. I never asked them to fix anything else. I had my own repairman. My Neighbor had her car car broken into twice. The hotwater takes 3 to 5mins to get warm not hot. Very bad insect problem.
