I just CANNOT say enough nice things about the Monticello Apartments in Memphis, Tennessee at 3250 Kirby Parkway.
The Management and Leasing staff (Betsy and Terence) are EXCELLENT and VERY accommodating.
They also have one other feature,,, that is they care about YOU and about the community there as well.
In a time when MOST properties are just demanding their rent, The Monticello Apartments are concentrated on making the residents happy with a clean, safe and secure community.
My move-in experience was VERY professional, very well explained and very quick.
There were NO last minute disclosures or extra fees like some properties charge, and it is VERY clean and well maintained property.
The few minor details that needed attention at move-in were handled immediately.
I like the fact that they have a secure property for my family, night security checks and electronic gates that work:)
The apartment itself is VERY large, and very comfortable and cozy.
You also have the luxury of covered parking, door side mailbox and garbage pickup.
I HIGHLY recommend the Monticello Apartments to anyone that wishes to have a nice apartment home to come HOME to.
