I will be moving into this complex within a few weeks and this is the 1st time I have ever heard anything so negative about these apartments. I will be contacting management about the issues I have read about and see what corrections they have made. I too have an issue with those water bugs and pests and safety. I do agree that for the money they are asking for these should be a step-down from top-of-the-line.
