WHILE I HAVE ONLY BEEN HERE SINCE JAN. IN THE PAST WEEK SINCE THEY HAVE CHANGED MANAGERS I HAVE BEEN THROUGH MORE HELL AND HAVOC SINCE I'VE BEEN HERE. BETSY WAUGH IS BACK AND IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE MET HERE ON THE PROPERTY. SHE THINKS SHE CAN RUN THIS PLACE LIKE A DICTATORSHIP. I AM HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED SINCE THIS IS MY FIRST APARTMENT. I'M IN THE PROCESS OF TRYING TO GET OUT OF MY LEASE BECAUSE OF THE WAY SHE CHOOSES TO RUN HER OPERATIONS.

This is the BEST place to live in Hickory Hill! If the manager is having to enforce the rules, you probrably think they don't apply to you... Thank goodness someone is looking out for the good residents!!!

I ABSOLUTELY DISAGREE it's not a matter of whether or not she should enforce the rules i think that she should do her job but i don't like the way she went about it and i also think that if the other property manager didn't have a problem with anything and i still don't think she approached me in a professional manner at all i never said i didn't like living here until she came back that's how i feel and unless you've went through what i have went through then you don't really know do you? try writing up a contract and paying your deposite and even your monthly payment only to be told 6 months down the line that things are gonna change without any warning and there's nothing that you can do about what was in the original contract because that person is gone try that one

I have been a resident with both managers and I must say the property and residents changed when Mrs. Betsy left. If you didn't live in the Monticello before Ms. Betsy left you wouldn't understand why the tenants that's been here appreciate having her back. I hate your situation has went the way it is going. I was also told I could change something when Lacy was here and once she left Ms. Betsy said she gave me incorrect information. But, I just asked what was the proper protocol from MRG and rolled with the flow. After all Monticello belongs to MRG and not the property manager.
