I am glad to have found this place...Being new to the area, I reviewed quite a number of facilities.

Being new to the area, and Memphis, I toured quite a number of other facilities, some worse, some newer - but none better. I really lucked out, because after looking for days, I just walked by 10 Main, and went in. I liked it and just said, let's do it. How fortunate because I had no idea that I had actually found the best place in town. Now that I have lived here for three months, and know the City pretty well, I would not move elsewhere. I walk to work downtown; never using my car except for maybe a weekend, and I have everything I need. Food, restaurants, night life, culture, work, everything. I must have my living arrangments be comfortable and with some class. 10 Main has all of this which is great. Decorated fantastic. The basement workout room, laundry in-unit, roof top for fun, beautuful surroundings in lobby and even just getting off the elevator to the nicely decorated hallways. The design touch and the little things that I notice and like - they know that too at 10 Main. The staff is great, and now I know them all. They care and are always ready to help. They run a great ship, and are very much people - people. I would not even think of taking the time to look around anymore - as nothing can compare. Also anyone I tell where I live, already know the building and would like to live there too. I hope that someday they will convert to condos, so I can stay right here for a long time to come. But even if they don't, this place is worth the rent. I love living at Number 10 Main; convenient to it all in downtown Memphis. No car required. The view is great, and the staff can't be beat. Extremely clean and classy. A great example for all, and a hard act for the new ones to follow.
