Pretty good place to live. Building could be nicer. Cockroaches run the place. Still, the convenience makes it worth while. You can walk to Peabody Place or Beale. You can be totally shitfaced and walk back. Don't to worry about avoid police trying to drive drunk. You can also walk to work. You can duck out of work for naps if necessary. Its pretty sweet.
The biggest downfall outside of the cockroaches is the manager. She is dumb as a bag of rocks. Nice, but nearly retarded. Avoid dealing with her if possible. Rest of staff is solid

Thank you for your comments. We do want to add that Number 10 Main takes every feasible step to prevent bugs from being a problem in our community. We have weekly pest control that comes in to do a floor at a time. All residents have to do is call the office if they notice even one bug. We are more then happy to take care of any issues our residents and future residents may have as quickly as possible.

Good comments is right, refering of course to Gretahol's comments.
I don't know what this person is talking about. I have never had a bug problem. And the manager has done a great job. She is smart and sweet and very easy to talk to. She has made this building into a wonderful place to live as you can see in her comment.
