What a beatiful building to live in if you want to participate in all the upkeep of it! With premium rental rates one would think it's well maintained. You will find the residents trying to keep this building looking nice, as it's the residents who do all the landscaping. During the hot summer days the A/C is normally turned off. The alley behind the building is neglected and appears scary with bums using the restroom behind the dumpsters. Now that the owners are refurbishing another downtown building (Goodwyn) for condo sale, No. 10 Main is being fixed up for a model persay to obtain sales. Beautiful, yet VERY deceiving! BEWARE!

Thank you for your comments from the staff at Number 10 Main.
The residents that were hired to do the landscaping this year would be happy to hear that their hard work is acknowledged and appreciated. It is by far the best landscaping job the building has seen to date. It is definately a must see by all!!!
We have even added cooking herbs to use when our residents are grilling out.
The whole building is in their debt.
