Over the past couple of years this building has slowly deteriorated. From the lack of upkeep on the rooftop - grills, landscaping, hot tub, etc., this upscale priced property has seemed to now even slack on its "qualifications" for renting. Formerly, this building attracted responsible, adult urban professionals, but new residents seem to have very little respect or appreciation for the rooftop or their fellow neighbors. (Dogs and children run amuck on the roof) Such a shame, given its incredible sunset and river views. Another problem is the alley behind the building that leads to the garage. The fact that it remains seedy, littered with trash and frequently occupied by bums is my chief concern, additionally it has gone unpaved while other similar alleys to rival properties have seen improvement given the same timeframe. Short-term loading and unloading in the alley is difficult and most often blocked.

Aside from your grammatical errors, you too have the right to post an opinion. Next time, learn the English language though before you do...also maybe check the facts, the city offered to pave the alley over one year ago, but the owner’s declined/postponed it. So is the city also responsible for the general security around the building and the overflow of garbage left in the alley? Eventually the ownership/management has to take on "some" responsibility.

I understand that every one has a right to their opinion, but some are unreasonable. I think the author of this has other issues they are dealing with. I enjoy spending time on the roof the sun sets are awsome and seeing a dog or kid makes its even more relaxing. The alley is the city's responcibility and you need to contact the mayor if you have a problem it not perfect but you can drive a car through it.

Hey dewman, where you at son? Respond, if you can. My guess: Your candyass knows that renterhelp2006 KNOWS HIS ----! You've been served ya punk b*tch. The horrible alley is on Number 10. Imagine that one. Hey NO 10, take "SOME" responsibility, please!?!?!?!?!?!?

I know the owners and they have good reasons for how things are run. Did you know that there are other owners for the parking garage. There are actually several. The parking garage management is under a lease which means the owners do not management it. It would be like the owners of a mall telling stores what to sell and how to run their business. And as for the alley. Think about it they are doing construction right now on the building next to # 10. Would it make much sense to repave just for it to be messed up in no time. Think about it. Next thing you know you will be complaining about not being able to use the alley while it is being repaved.
