The apartments are spacious, well planned and the large windows provide an amazing view of downtown at its best!!!! The staff work hard to provide a meticulously kept and safe environment for all to enjoy. If there is a maintenance problem, which is rare, it is taken care of immediately. Utilities are very reasonable, 1350 sq. feet averages less than $90.00 per month.
