Great Downtown Living! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   If looking to move downtown this is the place to be. The staff is great and helpful and the rooftop is one of the best places to watch the sunset. It is in walking distant to many resturants, the Peabody, Belae Street, and other downtown attractions. Some others have posted negtive comments regarding the ally behind the building and homeless in the area - You are downtown! Any where you go you are likely to run into a homeless person. If this is a major factor when deciding on living accomidations I would suggest NOT moving downtown.
