Very difficult people to deal with

These people behave as if they have never handled a corporate rental before.
I am paying for services that they are not delivering. They have a lot of excuses for their bad service.

We are very sorry to hear that you are not enjoying your stay at Number 10 Main. Please keep in mind though that when requests are made to change services around it may take a couple of days due to scheduling with outside vendors such as cable and internet services. We are more then happy to make any changes or upgrades you need. We are here for you. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.
