Park Estate

Warning: Car Owners From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I lived at The Park Estate apartments for 1 year and the actual apartment was nice. It was very spacious (utilities outrageous), and not TOO many problems internally. However....my car was broken into twice (severe damage), an aquaintence had their car stolen, and management did not bat their eye. In fact, I was made to feel stupid for feeling unsafe. There were other, very serious crimes that were committed on property that residents were never informed of. Management needs to be a little more cooperative when residents ask if one of the access gates can be locked at night (which I was told they did before I even moved in). I was only made to feel like a scared little girl by the property manager. All in all I did feel safe in my apartment itself, but was scared to step foot outside the door. To all you Camry owners, I would look for an alternate address...I was told that is the reason my car was targeted. Sorry, didn't know I needed a specific type of car to live there.
