2006:I'm about to renew my 1 year lease and I'm very happy with Park Estate. The apartment is very nice, the grounds are well-kept and the maintenance is fantastic! The property manager is friendly, efficient and very effective. She even came over one Friday night to help unclog a drain when the maintenance man was off.
Update (2008): I still live here and it's still great. The maintenance continues to be outstanding and the neighbors are wonderful. The location is great with convenient shopping, parks and easy access to the rest of town through surface streets or the interstate. I can't imagine living in any other apartment in Memphis.

Could you help. How much do you pay for rent... Am seeing sme people put 700 to over 1000 for 2008. Which is it?

It depends on the apartment size and whether or not it's been renovated. I live in an unrenovated, although I doubt there are too many of those left, as they usually update an unrenovated apartment when someone moves out. Currently, my two bedroom apartment is $860 a month, although I'll be renewing next month and I expect it to go up about $30 a month. Our management is really friendly and great about answering any questions you may have so give them a call and they can give you a better idea of rates for the other apartments.
