Very Nice Community From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   I've lived here since 2002. I moved here when the Crossings was sold. I have been very happy residing here. The apartments are very spacious and utilities are not too costly. I have a two bedroom and my utilities run on an average of $125.00 per month. The complex is located in a very beautiful setting. We are surrounded by trees, shrubbery and many flowers. Living in Memphis, you have to expect some crime. Management has attacked this problem as best they can. Gates are now secured at all times and we now have neighborhood watch in effect with monthly meetings. I have to mention the management here. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and like this is a home. I have spoken to many residents that feel the same as I--We would not be here if not for the compasionate and caring management. If I had a complaint it would be that the rent is a little steep. However, you get what you pay for..... I also want to mention that I have noticed the upkeep of the grounds declining lately. The last year it has been noticable that adequate care of the grounds is below par. In past years this property looked like a park.
