Not a good place to live

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2004
They don't fix anything, they have a unit that burned down in June that is still unrepaired. Also, the crime rate is awful over there. The shootings, robberies, and break ins. The management don't care anything about the apartments at all. They let anyone move in. At one point and time Perkins Woods, was quiet, safe, and enforced its rules and now days they don't. They use to be very selective about who they let lease apartments to and now they don't. The grounds are never clean, trash is just everywhere. The so called security over the apartments never respond when needed. Overall not a place to live for the long term. The drugs, crime, and the lack of Management shows.
