Poplar Pines

I would not recommend these apartments. I have lived here for four and half years while I finished college. That management treats their paying customers like it is a privilege to live and are extremely rude, incompetent, and are usually not in the office. To get anything accomplished you need to call them at a minimum of four times. I lived on the third floor and during the summer my air -conditioner would run from June until September non-stop and my apartment still climbed to 85 degrees inside during the day. When you call for them to fix the problem, they said that as long as my apartment was 10 degrees cooler than outside there was nothing they could do. Also, my apartment had some of the biggest brown recluse spiders that I had ever seen. In summary, the management of these apartments is the biggest problem. If you move here prepare yourself to get treated as though they were letting you live here for free and that you should be happy to just have a roof over your head.

I have been living here for 3 years. They have neew Managers and the area is great. If something needs to be fixed they are on it right away or in 24 hours. These are 1 bedrooms, so not very many kids. |
