We've lived here for a year and wouldn't be moving out if we didn't need more room. All the apartments are one bedroom, one bath. The rent is very appropriate (ours was around $665) and this place is QUIET. For a while we weren't sure if we even had neighbors! The office manager is absolutely wonderful and so are the maintenance guys--they keep the grass green and the bushes trimmed. Since the complex is not even visible from the street, it's very safe. There is always parking and because they only have 1-bedroom units, there are very few children. Has a nice pool! The only downside is that these apartments are old. Nothing is so bad as the floor, which sags. We were on the third story which had wonderful cathedral ceilings, but if you're on the ground floor you get a large patio. If you only need one bedroom I would definitely recommend this place!

Pool is small, no fitness center is here, the apartments are very old no maintenance - guys keep on chatting more no work. its one bedroom apartments, where 2 or more roommates live with 2-3 cars, so for parking u have to go around to search one. tree are planted very near the house so its dirty every now-then & looks dark also in day time as sunlight doesn;t comes directly. Its not a safe place as hv heard many things, & we do had some silly stupid neighbours. they may put the trash bags beside your doors be carefull.

Um, if you are so poor that 3 roommates are sharing one bedroom you are too poor to have three cars between you. That is untrue about the parking. Trees are planted very near the complex and the groundskeepers work very hard to keep it up and it is very nice looking. That thing about the sunlight is also untrue- the sun shines through the trees and looks gorgeous. We had beautiful dogwoods outside our window. We only had one bad incident of someone siphoning the gas out of our car and if that is the worst I am getting in the second most dangerous city in the U.S. then I'm not complaining. The person who wrote this probably just didn't get their security deposit back or something.
