When I moved in, management seemed nice and we had a nice common backyard, but things turned bad that first week. We had several maintenance issues, both major and minor. The minor issues were fixed, but the major ones took months of complaints and finally calling Fogelman to get anything done. It takes more than a week and usually more than one phone call to get a maintenance issue taken care of and when maintenance finally gets there, they only fix the problem less than half of the time. This is the most incompetent maintenance staff that I have ever had to deal with and the majority of my neighbors feel the same way. The worst part is that management never does anything about it and they act like is something wrong with your perception of the problems instead of just taking care of the issue. I was also broken into and management did absolutely nothing about it. It's like they are trying to cover their backs. I have lived at another Fogelman property and had a great experience. Management, maintenance and the surroundings were excellent compared to this peice of junk where I am currently living. This is by far the worst place that I have ever lived! Don't make the mistake of moving in here unless you like noise, constant maintenance problems that are never taken care of and constant headaches caused by management's incompetence!
