These townhouses need major renovation!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
 
The only thing that's nice is the location. There are ants, termites and water bugs(huge roaches), no matter what you do they always come back!! They will come fix things, but it seems to be a bum job, it's just enough to temporarily fix the problem. I do think there are some issues with safety.
