Getting them to fix something can take awhile for sure, and I would say the upkeep is average across the board. But the townhouses are HUGE and most of the folks around here are pretty nice. I just wish they would clean up around the community more often and hire some better handymen.

Even though this place was very poorly built with no, soundproofing in the very thin walls, the townhomes were very large and they had great prices. But I had to keep in mind all the other issues, including horrible maintenance and loud obnoxious neighbors. Now I know why they were much cheaper than other apartment complexes that had units similar in size.
