This apartment is the worse. The maintenance men are horrible. Natanya is incompetent. Valerie was shady. Nothing ever gets fixed. Ice maker broke, none of the closets line up, heat is a joke, floor creaks upstairs feels like u are going to fall through, etc. Didn't hear the maintenance men come in, but was awaken by them arguing downstairs one morning. They are doing renovations on the building, but they need to worry about the inside of the apt. And this is a very pet friendly community. Dog crap everywhere. And cats everywhere

Wow still the same ole dog poop and a ton of nasty stray cats hanging out near the dumpsters at the back of the complex. I have been away from that place almost two years and doesn't seem like much has changed. You bring up so many valid complaints especially the one about the creaky upstairs floor. I would hear my neighbiors every move when she was upstairs the floor creaked so badly that it sounded like the neighbor was in my upstairs bedroom. You forgot to mention how the walls are as thin as paper, I would hear her entire conversation sometimes not to mention those bad ass crying kids, I think she had like five of them. Why would you put a woman with five kids next door to a single person with no children, but thats what they did to me. Take my advice by a house then you can control what goes on in and around your home and not have to rely on management and maintenance folks to enforce property rules. A home definitely takes more up keep but it nothing like having a place to call your own.
