I have been here a couple of months and I have had a wonderful expereince so far. The management team went above and beyond to make my apartment nice to live in. Maintainnance is very responsive. For the most part I get same day services. I feel safe. The grounds are kept nice and clean. My neighbors for the most part appear to be college students, but they are quiet. The apartment is older but well maintained and clean. There is lots of closet space and the bedrooms are very large. If your looking for an affordable nice place to live in a good safe location that Poplar place is it.
