Play ground is covered with spray paint graffiti and thugs always hanging around.
The pool was out of service a good part of the summer.
The exercise room is only open when the business office is open.
So, don't count any of these items being of use.
There is NO security on site on the property at all.
There have been numerous break ins in the last few months.
And they still wont' provide any security.
Utility bill is extremely high due to poor insallation and the walls being paper thin.
So you can hear your neighbor.
I can't wait until my lease is up!

The apartments have flooding problems so prepare to live in a hotel. the maintainence men are pervs, the pool is half open during the summer, there is no landscaping all dirt and mud everywhere, the fitness room is only open during office hours, there is no security other than one cop at night that rides around once, and the have plumbing problems.
