Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
the noise is terrible. people are always, at all hours blasting their stereos in their cars. the people above me keep their tv blasting 24/7, i have complained to management but nothing has been done. my sink always leaks, and nothing is done, there is little or no hot water. i havent had much trouble w/ bugs, but i have seen rats outside when people leave their garbage out. i cant wait until my lease expires so i can get away.
