No Hot Water and Crime

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
This complex has very small water heaters and you get about a 5 min Hot shower.
Crime is Bad in the Complex as well. I have my tires stolen off of my car during the night.. Stay as far away from this place as you can.
And I wont even Mention the Roaches.. but they are paying half of my Rent!!!!
