ALL THE NEW IDIOTS WORKING THERE ARE JUST OUT TO COLLECT RENTS SO THEY CAN GET PAID!
EXPECT NO SERVICE OR COUTESY, THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE MAKING MORE THAN $10 AN HOUR.
I WILL NOT RECOMEND THE PLACE FOR MY WORST ENEMY.,
THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN PRESET TO GIVE A GOOD REPORT. EVERYTHING IS PRE SET AT 1 STAR, WHEREAS THEY DESERVE NO STAR I MOST CASES. THE REVIEW IS A FRAUD!
THE PLACE WAS GOOD UNTILL THE PRESENT SET OF WORKERS CAME IN

As a former resident of (then) The Trails at Kirby Park (now Providence Place), I have to concur 100% with this review, and would like to add a comment or two of my own. First, the place is ridden with ---- roaches, and other pests, to the point where it is impossible to get rid of them when you live there. It took me more than a year, and two moves, to finally rid myself - and belongings - of the pests. Their attitude toward their tenants is just as bad as depicted; for instance, they keep their laundry rooms locked up on Sundays, so that no one can use them. At one point, it was possible to use the facilities 24x7. I would never move back there, and would actively tell people to stay away from this place.

I agree with the above posters as well, I lived there for four years until the present workers and owners took over , they are very rude, they try to look down on you for staying in a low rent apartment. I had an incident where I paid my rent and they sued me, filed eviction notice with the lawyer and NEVER NOTIFIED ME OF THIS. I still had to pay $937.00 dollars in attorney fees until I could prove them wrong and they never paid me back, they just took it off my rent. Yes they lock thier laundry facility at night because bums was sleeping and pissing in there. Please do not stay there!!!!. I was in bed and maintenance nocked on the door and just unlocked the door and walked in. THEY HAVE EXTRA KEYS TO YOUR APARTMENT AND JUST HAND THEM OUT TO STRANGERS THEY JUST HIRED. DO NOT STAT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with the above posting. I moved to the place from OH and I thought it would be a good place to stay because the rent was more than reasonable. The place is full of roaches and the employee's are less than professional... I don't know how the manager got her job, because either she do not know what she is doing or she don't give a f*** what her employee's are doing. I had the same problem with my rent only I caught it before it got that far. They put charges on your account but can't tell you were the hell they came from. All I can say is renter's beware!!!!!!!
