I have been a resident at Providence Place for approximately four years. There has been 3 different property managers, but the latest that represents Stonemark management is the worst. The lady does not know how to communicate with that "street" talk. Talking to her about legitimate issues to like talking to a brick wall. The maintenance crew is non-existent. They broke my tub to unclog it and then provided a used stop for the tub. WOW. Back to the manager, instead of listening to your concerns, she is defensive. The entire office staff has been replaced, but it will probably be too late before the Stonemark realizes that the common denominator is the propery manager, S.M..Fogelman was a better management company. I came in on a 499.00 special for a two bedroom which is really low for a two bedroom, but since the management change, they are charging 705 for my unit. NO WAY! If they were offering the same rental rates as when I moved in, I would say the financial savings would be worth the sporadic interaction with the staff, but Stonemark should consider management re-vamping and propery upgrades including maintenance before charging Cordova pricing in Hickory Hood. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
