Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008
 
the property is not kept up appropriately. the manager schemes all day long sits in office 10 hrs. a day and gets up to go to restroom! all the tenants have complained of mold and mildew and the OLD carpet in all units the patio fences don't even exist they are falling down and the company will not replace them..
