The townhouses are actually very nice. So far I have had no complaints as far as other residents but the management and maintanence is horrible. The fences no longer exist and I'm constantly told that they are in the process of getting new ones. Seriously, how long does it take to put up a patio fence. It takes forever for maintanence to come out and fix anything. You constantly have to call and report the issue again and again. It's very quiet and I haven't had any bad things about other residents. There is a lot of families and elderly people that live on this property so for the most part its a good location. There is no pool and the tennis court does not look like one. I wish there was a iron fence surrounding the property. People judge a property based on what they see and if you pass the property you may think it look run down. The property is not all that bad but the current management company has got to do much better because there are lot of vacant units.
