I just moved in july of this year 2006.
I like it better than I thought they are very spacious might be old but nice and the staff in the office is cool even the maintenance guys seem real nice even though it takes them a while to get a request done but it does get done. My only major problem is the kids but thats not the office fault they do have rules but the parents don't have any control. I like it over all and plan on being here for a while.

are they old and outdated? are the children loudand hang out all hours of the night?

Actually when I moved in I had new appliances,new carpet, fresh paint and it was clean. Not all night they do have a curfew but you know there are still some who do what they want, but its not bad.
