It's a Rat Hole!

After watching this place literally fall apart for over 7 years, I finally got out!
There are big rats running all around outside even in the daytime.
The management could care less!
The buildings are falling apart, the entrance doors are so rotten a kid could knock them down.
The crime is worse than ever, you are not safe, your car is not safe,and your belongings are not safe.
The apartments are broken into on a regular basis and the cars are vandalized.
Drugs are everywhere, and the people living there are scummy.
If you have a maintaince problem I hope you know how to fix it because the management will not do a thing!
Did I mention the gigantic rats?
