Please don't move over here. I've been here for 2months and i am breaking my lease. I have experience Big rats when i walk out the door. Prejudice neighbors. The apartment manager is only concern about the resident who have been there for many years. the short time i've been there it has been break ins, robberies, and a car ran into my front porch and tore down the gate and it has not been replaced. Please don't waste your money or time. Complaints about parking spaces that are not assigned, it's just crazy

The rats are a problem but so are most of the residents! This place has turned into a slum with obnoxious "boom box cars" driven by morons that don't know how to use the volume dial. They throw their garbage all over the parking lot and even onto people's patios. Some of them even continue parking in the Handicapped Spaces over and over again!! People move in and say only one person will be living in the apartment and before you know it the entire family has squeezed in with illegal breeds of dogs and all. Then they blast music all night long and keep their neighbors awake. Yea, it's just crazy.
