The other opinions I've read hit the nail on the head. The staff are the rudest I have ever dealt with. One person says one thing and another does something else. When I moved in, we couldn't get the flat we signed for so we had to settle for a downstairs apartment which was dirty with food still in the cupboards. When a flat finally became available, there were roaches everywhere dead and alive. That slowed down our transfer because we had to bomb the place. Then they had the nerve to get pissed we hadn't finished moving out at the time they requested. I am going to talk with management tomorrow. Don't waste your time, money or energy moving to this roach motel.
