I currently live in these apartments and sadly enough i cant afford to break my lease and move out.

These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in.

When we moved in there were roaches and spiders all over the apartments and it was clear that they had not properly cleaned the apartment due to the fact that there was food crumbs in the cabinets, dust build up on the mini blinds and soap scum in the bath tub.

I did bring it to the attention of the person doing the pre-move in walk through and the bath tub was the only thing cleaned when we moved in a week later.

Since I have been there I learned that the mantenance is quick to come out and half way fix the problem or in turn create another problem.

The neighborhood is not very safe people drive through like they are at Daytona Speedway not caring about the children out riding thier bikes or whatever.

there are more apartment break-ins here than any other apartment complex i have ever lived in.

My car has been vandalised.

There is no kind of security what so ever.

and they have you pay at least $50 credit to your water bill now which is through a company in Florida so they can put your money in the bank and draw interest on it till your next bill is due and if you dont pay the credit they will not accept your rent payment and inturn evict you.

which was not in the lease when I moved in.

Not to mention them turning your water off at prime times in the morning when most people are getting ready for work and after it is turned back on you will have to run it for a little while to get all the dirt and filth out of the lines.

The security gate at the entrace has never worked after 9 months of living there when they said at move in that it is in the process of being repaired.

But on a happier note the area the apartments are located in is a nice area.
