It happened after the building I live in and the one right next door had no power back in June due to the tornado. No one from corporate on down did anything! No follow through on safety. (user photo) One of the bedroom windows. It has mildew and is rotted out. I clean them all the time but it grows back (user photo) This was in th HVAC/Water Heater closet. You can tell by looking at it that no one has ever done preventive maintenace.It is the users manual for the water heater.

I moved in here over two years ago and I must say that I think I got lucky. Initially the place had major problems. Read the other complaints on here and mine mimics those in toto. My kitchen was dirty with crumbs on top of the frig. I had AC problems for over a year until they finally changed out the whole unit. Most of the staff is unbelievably rude and not helpful at all. I only saw two roaches in the 2.5 years I was here, but I had a problem with ants, which I dealt with myself. If you are considering living here, check out other complexes in the area. Another 10 minutes east will give you plenty of nicer locations and clientele.
