It happened after the building I live in and the one right next door had no power back in June due to the tornado. No one from corporate on down did anything! No follow through on safety. (user photo) One of the bedroom windows. It has mildew and is rotted out. I clean them all the time but it grows back (user photo) This was in th HVAC/Water Heater closet. You can tell by looking at it that no one has ever done preventive maintenace.It is the users manual for the water heater.

This apartment is horrible as hell.
i lived here for 6mons. One of my nabor got robbed and in same month two car wind sheild were broken. Finally someone broke into my apartment.
I told manager that, "I was not suprised at all, I just thought finally it was my turn.", and her response was so so funny.
she told me it is just my personality. Maybe it is my personality, however, I really don't appreciate about her attitute.
I asked about gated door, and she said that we will not fix that, but we will get rid of. actually, they did that about 3days after she told me that. They did not fix the my ex-apartment door yet. I could not just move out even after I lost my stuff. so I has to pay two apartment now, which I am living now and this ------ apartment.
