It happened after the building I live in and the one right next door had no power back in June due to the tornado. No one from corporate on down did anything! No follow through on safety. (user photo) One of the bedroom windows. It has mildew and is rotted out. I clean them all the time but it grows back (user photo) This was in th HVAC/Water Heater closet. You can tell by looking at it that no one has ever done preventive maintenace.It is the users manual for the water heater.

I really love the way the apartment is made inside. but i wish i had new carpet when i moved in. i reaaally hae not had any problems except for nosy neighbors. It is really quite where i am located in the apartment. But now you have these that sit out in front of thier doorwith chairs and talk on the phone all night and block people from the walkway to their door(red necks.) Other than that everything is ok .The pool is ok and the gym is ok but they no need to redo the wash room facility. I hope I dont ever have to wash there.
