Injured while attempting to view property

When I went to view the apartments as a possible new tenant, I had a horrible experience.
The leasing agent insisted on driving me all over the complex to show me the grounds in freezing cold weather although I preferred to simply drive my vehicle instead of riding on the back of his cart.
While making a fast abrupt stop I rolled off the back of the cart inspite of my efforts to hold on.
I skinned my knees and hurt my leg and more than anything I was very humiliated.
The leasing agent was very apologetic and showed concern for me.
When we made it into the office I was offered a first aid kit and pictures were taken of my injuries.
The leasing agent continued to apologize but the property manager never once addressed the accident she just instructed the agent, her employee, on what to do.
I decided I did not want to live anywhere where the management could be so unconcerned about a possible new tenant.
I was not shown any concern by this lady.
