It happened after the building I live in and the one right next door had no power back in June due to the tornado. No one from corporate on down did anything! No follow through on safety. (user photo) One of the bedroom windows. It has mildew and is rotted out. I clean them all the time but it grows back (user photo) This was in th HVAC/Water Heater closet. You can tell by looking at it that no one has ever done preventive maintenace.It is the users manual for the water heater.

These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in before.
I don't recommend these apts.to anyone; their falling apart because of the current manager.
Work orders take longer than 24 hrs. which is what's advertised.
There hasn't been a gated community in 5 yrs.;which is how long the current manager has been there.
These apartments are a big joke; you don't want to live here.
Their advertisements are all lies.
Move anywhere else.
