It happened after the building I live in and the one right next door had no power back in June due to the tornado. No one from corporate on down did anything! No follow through on safety. (user photo) One of the bedroom windows. It has mildew and is rotted out. I clean them all the time but it grows back (user photo) This was in th HVAC/Water Heater closet. You can tell by looking at it that no one has ever done preventive maintenace.It is the users manual for the water heater.

I first moved into these apartments about 4 months ago, and had a few problems with the move in, but nothing too major. It was fixed eventually, but no one in the office seemed too concerned that my apartment wasn't completely ready for move in.

Then I had more maintenence issues that prompted me to consider leaving this property. I went to the office to speak with the manager, and found that there was almost a completely new office staff, primarily a new Property Manager. She assured me that changes were coming, and I have seen them take place first hand.

Maintenence is now taken care of pretty quickly, there's new roofing going on, the fitness center has been redone...and I'm told there are still more changes coming to this property in the near future, so I say come check it out and give them a chance. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
