When I went to view the apartments, I loved them. When I moved in, I quickly learned why they had a model. Must be easier for them to keep pest control in the one model than all of their other buildings. I moved in on a Wednesday. I found that the apartment had not been properly cleaned as there were still canned foods in the cabinets and shaving products in the bathroom. I also had a massive amount of dead roaches under the kitchen sink. Later that night, I saw that I also had a massive amount of live roaches that lived there with me. I quickly went back to my old apartment to stay the night. I called the office that next morning and was told I would have to wait until the following wednesday to have my apartment sprayed for the roaches because that when the Orkin man came. I eventually hung up on the lady in the office. I wetn back to the apartment to attempt to spray and clean on my own and noticed I had a serious flea problem. I again called the office and was told to wait until the following wednesday. I asked to be moved to another apartment and they advised they didnt have one. I then sent a letter to management advising that I was moving out per the 30 day guarantee that I was given and they offered me another apartment. I highly would suggest no one move here. I am a single woman who worked at night and they placed me in the back of the community. I could hear my neighbors on the side and below me clearly so you will have no privacy. I loved the floor plan but it was not worth staying there and dealing with the stress of my unwanted roommates (roaches & fleas). When I did my final walk-thru with my leasing agent, he finally admitted that when he moved into his apartment, he had fleas as well. I showed him the cabinet with the dead roaches in it and he started gagging.
